Story line: Roy (Ranbir Kapoor) is a mysterious thief whom nobody seems to be able to get their hands on. Kabir Grewal (Arjun Rampal), a film maker, seems to be the only one making a profit from all of Roy’s robberies. That is, by making multiple films based on Roy’s life and robberies, all achieving high success. Ayesha (Jacqueline Fernandez), another filmmaker, is the new girlfriend of Kabir, who is also a playboy. How these three characters’ lifes merge together in one dramatic, romantic and suspenseful thriller is what is in the story.

My Gut Feel and comments:
Trailer seems interesting and films scores full marks in presentation and styling. Although it has been projected as a thriller however as far a pace of the movie is concern it appears slow and might not able to hold the attention of audience conventionally. Vikramjit Singh being a debutant director has experimented with story line, screen play and characterization which should pay off.
I would give Roy 3 out of 5 stars, five days before the release and expecting it to be one time watch.
